It installed an update however exactly the same issues are still being faced. Works fine on an old Intel 7th Gen Core i7 based PC running Windows 10 so clearly not a hardware issue. We have the same issue on an Intel NUC rwith 11th gen Core i7 CPU running Windows 11.

Christmas should be focused on family, friends, community and being together, but it’s not. Sky devices need to stay plugged in continuously to receive updates properly. Is this happening only on your devices? On Stream there is a still a channel labelled BuddyFilmsHD which should have reverted to Sky Comedy HD back in July It was supposed to be the film channel The film channel or the entertainment channel) ?

It’s now February 2025 And I’m still having this issue. I have tried various compatibility settings for ARM and it they appear to make little difference. I have exactly the same issues as the original poster. I’m going to try and call customer support tomorrow Clearly a Lenovo issue with the Slim 3. The volume control stays on screen about halfway up, you cannot change volume, and cannot shut it down very effectively.

I would like to contact Sky customer services by phone or email about my bill. I tried to ring Removed, the Sky customer number, but there seems to be a fault with the Sky service today. If you fail to respond to a chat reply within 48 hours the chat will again close down automatically even if your issue hasn’t been resolved. I have returned my old sky router following an upgrade to fibre but have received another text asking me to return it! @Emeka2  Sky won’t contact you on the back of a community post, they would not know who you are or you contact details from your community login Saying your office has technical issues for now.

I am moving soon and would still like to have sky in 3 rooms as l do now . Anybody with individual sports packs will need to upgrade. As part of the Sky Sports+ launch, NOW members will also be able to pause and rewind live sports content for the first time. From August, this will also include every single live Sky Sports+ stream and on demand catch-up content. Launching this August, Sky Sports+ is transforming the amount of choice sports fans have, all at no extra cost

I think it’s possible that Vevo music channels may launch in MTV’s place. Some Vevo channels are available on Pluto TV, Samsung TV Plus, etc. Sky in reality only own a Small number of channels that you see on Satellite/Glass & Stream. @UT393  MTV has nothing to do with Sky, they are owned by Viacom who are the ones closing these channels. I know WBD regularly have MPEG-2 testing channels that only last a few weeks or months. After 31 December, these channels will be removed from the EPG.

The issue is the sky go app not being updated, not windows 11. Despite there being some people who still like watching the linear TV music channels, they just don’t make any money anymore and haven’t for a while, which is why they are disappearing very quickly compared to other linear TV channels. The recently revamped Sky Sports app will also become the ultimate home of sports streaming. Integrated into Sky TV, streaming service NOW, and a revamped Sky Sports mobile app, Sky Sports+ will make it easier for fans to browse, discover and watch the sport they love. Additionally, these FAST channels are only available on Sky Glass and Sky Stream in the UK only and don’t have rewind, pause or fast-forward functions.

Narrative Entertainment says the change is due to the declining commercial viability of linear children’s TV, with most younger viewers now watching streamed content. Tiny POP is expected to continue in a similar streaming-only format. The POP brand isn’t disappearing completely.

But BBC channels go to Full Screen correctly, and on-screen controls are active. It would be good to know if Sky are looking at this issue, which appears to be affecting quite a few people. I have the same issue on windows 11.

I have the same issue, I can’t n either know the status of my order not contact any customer service I have been away from sky for nearly 18 months now and it appears to have gone downhill.

Since the move of Sports channels on 28th July, Sky Sports The Lions/Action is on channels Sky TV channels on PlayStation and Xbox I say this because usually Universal Group (NOW channels) and That’s TV are quite quick to grab recently vacant channels and move to them, but it doesn’t seem like the case for now.

They asked for my password & Mother’s maiden name but wouldn’t confirm my sky account number. The same thing happened to me today, before I read this.
